We are seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer to own and elevate our quality strategy through automation-first testing, strong technical leadership, and close partnership with Engineering and Product. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design and build scalable automated test frameworks, set quality standards across teams, and mentor engineers to ensure quality, stability, and performance are built into every stage of the development lifecycle.

This role owns the engineering response to high priority customer-impacting issues, operational defects, and technical debt, ensuring issues are resolved correctly and permanently—not just patched. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role that sits at the intersection of Product Engineering, QA, SRE, and Technical Support. The Sustaining Engineering Manager is accountable for reducing customer pain, improving release confidence, and protecting roadmap velocity by preventing recurring issues.

As a Senior AI Engineer you will own important work and find it difficult to turn down a good challenge. You are excited about the latest developments in AI and keep abreast of the latest tools and technologies. You have experience building AI solutions and productionizing it to solve complex problems. You have strong communication skills and can work with colleagues from a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will use the latest AI tools, LLMs, and other technologies to solve real world problems for our customers.

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help drive software quality through robust, scalable test automation and strong engineering practices. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on building and maintaining automated test solutions, partnering closely with software engineers, and ensuring quality is built into the development lifecycle.

As a Senior Security Engineer you will be a subject matter expert responsible for the security operations and continuous monitoring of our platform. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, driving incident response, and enhancing our security posture through automation, engineering best practices, and mentoring. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, performing in-depth security reviews of new features and products. Your contributions will directly enhance the security posture of our technologies.

This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-manager position.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across AtScale during a critical growth phase, partnering directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to build high-quality teams quickly and thoughtfully. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting instincts with operational rigor and who enjoys being in the work every day.

You will be accountable for hiring results: pipeline quality, speed, candidate experience, and offer close rates. While you will collaborate closely with leadership, this role is execution-focused and deeply hands-on.
